The main Mill Shop is on two levels, the top accessed from the main road (A466) or a flight of stone steps, with fitted handrails, from the site
The Coffee House incorporates a glazed conservatory with the main restaurant for group bookings accessible via 4 steps. The conservatory is accessed either via a flight of wide stone steps with a fitted hand rail or a ramp at the opposite end
While there are no designated disabled toilet facilities built in hand rails have been fitted to assist
All parts of Abbey Mill are well lit
Wheel chair and walking sticks are available on request
Service dogs are welcome in all parts of the site
